TTT Scoreboard, how do I make Rank columns wider?

So currently my scoreboard looks like this:

And you can see here that in this picture ( not mine ) that the columns for the Rank space is wider:

How would I make them wider? I've looked in sb_main, sb_row.. but I can't seem to find it?

Also.. I don't know if it's just my screen res, but the scoreboard in the 2nd picture looks smaller and doesn't stretch as much.
Is there anyway to adjust that as well?
