If your host doesn't have a control panel where you can set the launch options, there must be some other way to set it.
did that it didnt work.

+map ttt_bb_teenroom_b2
Show your launch options and show us your config file ( make sure you don't set map in the config file if you use launch options ). We need more info other than "it didn't work".
Add -condebug to the launch-options and show us the console.log; it could be that you typed gm_construct.bsp or gm_construct ( as examples ) but the map didn't exist. It'll tell us what you typed in console and if the map exists or not.
I put it in server.cfg correct?
You'd add -condebug to the launch options, +map mapname would go in launch options too ( it is added to the end of srcds.exe )
I cant edit scrds.exe im running off a hosting company not my cpu.

There has to be a way to set the map. Contact your hosting company or look around.
What about TTT damage logs, I downloaded it and put it into addons folder but it doesnt work.

Its not reading hardly any addons, I added the weapon selection menu by spykr, damage logs, and wyozitttadv and there not being read.
[editline]26th January 2015[/editline]
So basically 3 addons aren't being read and I dont know why because there in the addons folder.

while the scoreboard, tag editor, mapvote, ulx, ulib are being read
Do they have a .svn folder on them, a hidden one?
If so, remove it and it shall work
Are they bought-addons or?
What host-company are you using? Maybe someone else is using them any they can tell you how to set the options ( although your hosting company should have an FAQ section ).
ALSO: If you plan on coding / developing / testing, I'd highly recommend using SRCDS on your local computer. Not only will it help you by giving you a more firm understanding of how it works, it is a great way to test addons without kicking everyone off the production server during the development phase ( When the code is ready, you'd upload and next change-level it'll take effect )...
It's easy, here's how: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/26074909/tutoring/server_srcds_steamcmd/setting_up_a_server_with_steamcmd.lua.html
You can also set up a local webserver on your local machine and set up a local FastDL to test that too: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/26074909/tutoring/server_srcds_steamcmd/fastdl_setup_instructions.lua.html ( WAMP: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/26074909/tutoring/___welcome_docs/_welcome_useful_programs_and_notepadpp_upgrades.lua.html ) And to make it easier in terms of letting the clients know what needs to be downloaded via Workshop or via content: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/26074909/tutoring/server_srcds_steamcmd/setting_up_downloads_using_recursive_resource_system.lua.html
He said he is using nitrous networks, doing a Google search of it it seems they do use a Control Panel.
I would guess it's TCAdmin, so it should be pretty straight forward on how to change the default map etc
Yes it's TCAdmin there is no place though to add default map. I have configuration files which has server.cfg then the file manager of all the files. Also the addons are right bought except for damage logs and I just plopped them into addons folder and nothing happens.
