You could create one, it wouldn't be overly hard.. You'd simply need a round system, 2 teams setup on GM:CreateTeams, set GM.TeamBased to true so the spawn-system will use map spawn-points per team, etc... A few basic weapons and update the GM:PlayerSetModel so the relevant team gets the right model...
The rest would be extra such as automating "warden", spawning a shank in a random cell, etc..
This forum is meant for devs that need help or are stuck on something during the creation of something, not for requests...
I am personally thinking of creating a basic jail-break game-mode with my dev-base / dev-framework in the near future which will likely be a free game-mode...

You can buy jailbreak GMs from Scriptfodder or possibly Coderflow (I only remember seeing one at SF though)
That's p much your only option if you don't want to make it

No one will give you gamemode for free, but we all can help you in making of it ofc if you try.

I would personally recommend gaining a rudimentary understanding of lua, then purchasing jailbreak and run the server for a while. If you can keep it running and start making small tweaks to the code, you'll eventually become more proficient.
That's what I did anyways (minus the buying jailbreak part since I run sandbox)
