3rd party player animations

Hey,

I was wondering if it was possible to create 3rd party animations, or will that require the C code, which is impossible?
If it is possible, do I need any sort of external program?

It's only possible with Lua ( JetBooms Lua animation library ), although I have no idea how to use it or where to get it.
