Does anyone happen to have a tool that draws some sort of a wireframe and numbers representing distances between parts on a model.
I really need to get the exact positions of shelves and how thin they are:

I think you would have to do it manually
That would not be possible because I don't think you can actually put anything onto the shelves. ( i.e. bad physics model ).
In any case, my "Easy Entity Inspector" workshop addon can give you a lot of infos about an entity.

Yeah, about that, it doesn't actually show values for model bounds.
Just shows where min, max and center are, but values would be nice too.
