So I've pretty much completely stopped developing for GMod, real life and work gets in the way.
With the recent roar with Pokemon Go, it made me think of an addon that I started working on a few years ago and never did anything with.

Right now there's not a ton there. There's a SWEP that throws the ball, a SENT, and some autorun logic that does some stuff. I started to frame out some storage options for things but never finished it.
There is one console command "ShowCatchRates" that puts a rough percent chance above NPC's heads that shows how likely it is to catch them.
This catch rate uses the Gen1 formula for determining catch rates. I had to change things up a little because I didn't have the modifier table of all the Pokemon, and their sizes aren't the same, so I had to substitute in some values, but it acts as close to the original as it can. The percentages seem kinda low to me overall, but who knows.
The reason for this post is to offer you guys the chance to finish this mod. I really don't have the time to work on it but I would hate to see the idea go to waste.
The code is FAR from perfect. Had I had the time to go back and rewrite it now that my skill level is drastically higher, I would.
Included models and sounds are all open assets (that I am aware of, its been 3-4 years since I've touched this). If something in this pack is yours and you do not wish it to be distributed PLEASE tell me and I will remove it.

Hope this sparks something cool, excited to see what you all do with it.
If you pull the code and submit pull requests I'll review then and consider applying to master.
Could you provide us with a github link instead, please.

Added to OP.
Shameless bump. Hate to see this go to waste.
