Grabbing a message and adding Tags with color.

Okay, so what i wanna do is take the players message and add a little tag.

But the problem is from what i know colors are Clientside.

So if i wanna add colors, i will have to do some cross stuff.
And i normally don't use the client, so how would you do it?
