How can i use v_models arms on garrys mod?

I have been wanting to get custom arms on my garrys mod server for a while now, and never figured out how to do it. I found a guide but it was showing c_models.
Is there anyway i could use v_models for arms on my server. Specifically these arms

You could hex c_arms_cstrike from garry's mod to use the materials supplied instead. Do the weapons use v_model arms or c_model arms? You might need to hex the weapon models to use the material instead if you want them to have the arms.
