• Editing default spawnlists

Hi, on my server i have a problem where the model precache will overflow once every 2 days perhaps because over 4000 (ish) unique props have been spawned. I have tons of blacklisted props in my server but attempting to spawn a blacklisted model adds it to the model precache even if the entity never fully spawns. Does anyone know how i can edit the default spawnlists and hide the props i have blacklisted on my server?
No. Just no. You don't ever edit users spawnlists. [editline]23rd August 2016[/editline] Like don't even think of it. It's not an option.
I don't want to edit the spawnlists of users permanently, i know that is bad. I need to disable certain spawnlists from appearing just whilst they are online, i dont want to edit their own spawnlists.
Especially since it makes no sense at all - people can still try to spawn blacklisted props with console commands.
Of course they can try to spawn them using console commands, but right now users just spam click over all the blacklisted models to test which are allowed and which are blocked, and that makes the model precache overflow in no time... It makes no sense showing blacklisted props to users, just for them to click them and find they cannot spawn them :(
You must use [url]http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/SANDBOX/PlayerSpawnObject[/url] for your blacklist.
This can block a spawned prop without adding its model to the precache? [editline]23rd August 2016[/editline] Oh man it works, thanks so much for linking me that function!
If you are running a DarkRP, you could just generate a server whitelisted prop list and with FPP have only those props spawn-able.
