I would like to know how i could go about doing this little project.

EDIT: There is a part that makes <url>URL</url> a clickable link in chat.
This is what i have in my addon witch allows for me and my friends to do <url>URL</url> and it to output URL that can me clicked to load in the steam web API. Is their a way that i could make it where i can do <url=URL>MyMessage</url> and it goes to URL but in chat it looks like MyMessage underlined?
