Find which addon a file is in even if it's a gma?

I was wondering if it's possible to find a file's location relative to the gma file it's in?

The closest I've been able to get is from the lua directory which I fear is the best I'll get because of the way Garry's Mod mounts stuff.

I need this so I can find which addons certain hooks/console commands are in!
