Require assistance creating a chat command to certain groups

Hey there guys,

I've been looking into creating a chat command for a certain ULX group to receive, I was just wondering how I would go about it.

I'm new to LUA, and I'm not the best in terms of coding and whatnot.

How would I create a chat command that sends a message to a certain ULX group? Example:

/hl - Sends a message to all helpers
[B][Helper Channel] Random User asks:[/B] Hey guys, where can I find the content pack?

I was also wondering if this could be connected to more than one group?

I've tried and failed, so I was wondering if any if you fine people could help me out.
