I was going through my server control panel and saw something called "Disable the JIT component of LuaJIT" which was turned on. I've never heard of it before and i wanted to know the pros and cons of using it. If there even is any.

Keep it on -- LuaJIT used to cause issues with addons like Wiremod that compile large amounts of code at once, but now, it only provides performance benefits across the board.
