I need help solving the prop physics! (Props are flying)

Hello,

So, I've had this problem for a very long time and it appears to happen on all of my Garry's Mod servers, straight up from the start up (with no custom addons/files). Because of this issue, I have to restart the server twice+ a day to solve the props flying for a couple of hours, then they go off again. The main server which this happens on is the Deathrun server (Mr Gash's DR). There must be some kind of an ULX addon to reset all of the props so I don't have to restart the whole server and probably lose about 9 players due to that. It does seem like the prop physics are broken.

[/B][/I][/U]1. Is there an addon to clear/reset the map props which will solve this issue? If so, where can I find it?

2. Have you even experienced this? If so, did you solve it?
