Half-Life 2 Weapon Iron-Sights.

I was wondering if anyone could edit the original Half-Life 2 Weapons and add Iron-Sights to them, and to go into the Iron-Sight, simple hold E.

Weapons:

USP-M.
MP7
SPAS-12
Pulse-Rifle
.357 Magnum
Makeshift Crossbow

iirc madcow's weapons has all the original weapons with iron sights added.

Hi... I was looking for a Iron Sights mods for HL2, but that mod says that I have to install it in garrysmod folder. I don't own garry's mod and I don't have a garrysmod folder.

Is there any way to install it and use it without garry's mod?
