I was wondering if anyone has any coded custom last requests for gmod jailbreak that they would kindly be willing to share or point to a place where i can get them.
Tips on making my own will be appreciated as well

Well, you can make your own LRs easily. If you dont't know anything about lua, you can learn here.

Its easy to grasp on to.
Then, all of the gmod specific things are found here, change playermodel, set health etc.

I guess after reading/playing around with that, you can make your own LR.
Excl has it documented on how your create one for his gamemode.

Maybe for a test LR, set each prisoner and guard health to 500, make them move slower, strip them and give them shotguns :v
