Set Material from url

I have the url of my steam avatar, how can I set it to my DPanel? I tried:

GetHTMLMaterial()

but it only works with Awesomium/HTML/DHTML.

Should I create a Awesomiun panel inside my DPanel and set the Html material inside the Awesomiun?
