How do i make the movement ingame look more realistic?

Hello,

I am making a Semi-Serious RP Server and i have seen this in multiple places but the wiki doesn't seem to have an answer for me.

I want it to look somewhat like this: [url]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzgnLLo9eUE[/url] just not as a swep but for everyone.

I also have not found an already existing addon for this.

If you would have read my post then you would know that i am not looking for a swep. This is a swep.

You can adapt the code from the SWEP, though.
