How to stop ALL ranks from picking up world props, entities, sents etc with physgun (Using URS)

everybody on my server can pickup world props (even users), how do I completely remove anybody from picking up props ( I am using URS)

Inside of q there will be a utilities tab if you have falco's prop protection then set world props to admin only that is the only way I know to block normal users from picking up world props.

ok that works, but now only superadmins can spawn props, do you know how to fix this?
