Item won't purchase in pointshop

It shows up in my "roles" tab in the pointshop, when I go to buy it i click buy, then okay then it doesn't do anything, it won't equip or take away any points, i've been messing with it all day, could someone help me with this one or give me one that 100% works I can pay 5-10$ if you can.

I have tried all 3 recommendations from all the people who have given me them, and non of them have worked, do you think I'd still be posting threads if they worked? I don't mean to tell you how to live your life, but refusing to help someone just because you don't like an idea just doesn't sound right to me. Let his ideas stand or fall based on what players like. If you enjoy helping people, help them to help them, not because you want to see content or something like that. Idek, I don't usually post my opinions, but I deed.

That's gmod specific though; if you don't like the idea of killing people, please do not assist people with that (Unless you're taking out the ellunimati!).
