Before you try and post again, please go and actually [URL="http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1055637"]read the rules[/URL]. As far as I know I am not a turtle, therefore cannot crawl into my shell.
There are no Garry's Mod 13 versions publicly available/pre-made, so you will have to [B]hire[/B] a coder to convert it. As far as I am concerned, I don't think you can purchase people so your whole argument about 'incorrect term usage' pretty much falls flat on it's arse.

You seem to be missing the point completely, and for that you're a complete and utter fucking retard. Yes you want to buy a Gmod 13 version but if it's not converted how do you expect to buy one?
