I have Wolvin's Enhance Prop Hunt and have been looking through the code but can't seem to find anything.
Here's what I've tried so far:

^That's the Github link to the Wolvin's Enhanced download and I searched Auto-Taunt and tried editing all of the file locations that appeared in the results.
I have been trying to fix this for 3 weeks now. It taunts every 45 seconds and it's getting really annoying. If you could even point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it!
You didn't look very hard did you? Literally the first thing that popped up on the search your linked.
Actually, I did. That was the first one I tried. It didn't do anything -.-
You need to put
ph_autotaunt_enabled "0"
in your server.cfg.
