When I left to go home for thanksgiving week, I was 322. Now I'm 319 after eating not all that great. Hopefully I'll be able to hit below 300 for new years.
Anyone else here who work out à la military routine? I go up at 06:00, eat untill 06:30, pack my bag and brush my teeth and then leave at 07:00. Start with conditioning for ten minutes and then move on to arms, shoulders, chest, back and legs (in that order) followed by stretching.
when im not working my morning routine is get out of bed at 1pm, find my gym gear that i've left on the floor, eat my cheerios out of a mixing bowl (or eat the meal i didnt finish from the night before) and walk to the gym to do a routine based on something written by a fat texan powerlifter
just started jacked and tan 2.0 today shit is nuts

I just recently started keeping a food journal and working out again. When i got to college I did a shitload of drugs instead of continuing to go to the gym like I should have, but now I'm regaining stewardship over my physical health again and it feels good bro
i was in the same boat my first year of college lmao the gain train started in the summer between my freshman and sophomore year of college. all it took was the initial motivation to go to the gym once, and then i was hooked
I did varsity throwing in high school and they had us doing a mix of powerlifting and olympic lifting, so I've been in a gym for a while, but I couldn't resist the dank. I forgot how good exercise feels lol

u seem 2 be raising ur hips at the very start of each rep, like as soon as you start pulling, your hips go up a little bit the hips being at that height is probably fine, but you are most likely losing some power by not starting your hips at that height
this is usually how it goes for me until i cant make it for some reason, then keep procrastinating on going back
