So after getting my gmod to actually start for the first time in for days. I come across a problem where I'm in gameplay and I get like 12 fps. now I don't have a good graphics card and my cpu is clocked at 2.63 Ghz. This has never happened to me before I don't know why it has happened all I would like is advice to solve this. because theres not many tutorials that I can find.
