I've been trying during the week to export the animation from 3ds max to maya via the smd export plugin.
Now in maya, if i try to open the smd file normaly with the plugin sfm provides, a window pops up. Telling me that the file type is unrecognized. And spams in the Script Editor
// Error: Cannot find procedure "vstSmdPhysicsTranslatorOptions". //
So instead. I used the MESA 2.0 plugin to import the animation as a reference. That worked BUT, if you look at the picture.

The animation has been flipped. Now thats not really a problem if it would get exported like that in sfm. You could just simply rotate it so its all straight and good again. However, exporting this type of animation to SFM doesn't really work. There's motion but the model looks like this.

Also the console says
*** ERROR: Bone access not allowed (entity 1:class C_TFPlayer).
That's pretty much what the problem is in general. Anyone who has any solution to the problem please tell.
