Could someone help me create this Meet the Spy prop?

I've created a simple 3d model of one of the photos from the Meet the Spy video- one of the Spy with the Scout's mother. I've exported it as an SMD, and created appropriate VTF and VMT textures for it.
Problem is i'm struggling with the rest- creating a QC file and generally compiling it into a working .mdl.
Could anyone help me or perhaps create it for me if you know how? I can supply the appropriate files and would be eternally grateful!
(Here's the aforementioned photo I retouched!)

I have the model and material that was used in Meet the Spy.
I'm not sure if I'm actually allowed to share it, however.
I'll speak with Valve, give me a few days.

That's awesome! Do you work for/with Valve or have you managed to acquire it somehow?
Either way, thanks, appreciate it :)

↑↑↑↑ Absolute Legend! :P
.qc files are easy. What's the current directory of the materials, and where did you put the smd files for your model?

I followed a tutorial and had all the materials and smds in the correct folders, and even compiled into a .mdl with appropriate .vtx files etc too, but was just still invisible in SFM.
I even did all of that by decompiling an existing model of a picture frame which I added my own vtf to as a skin, so there really shouldn't be a problem, but there is :(
it was invisible, but it did show up, right? Could be that your normal's were facing the wrong way. You gotta be careful with planar models with no back faces. If their normal's aren't facing the right way, they can appear to be invisible.
