Greetings all. Just bought adapter for Kinect to connect to PC. Everything smooth, found programm called Ipi Mocap Studio. Guide says i need to import animation of needed model whjich was exported from SFM. But when i add, for example, Anti-Mage model, then try to export - SFM just close with no message and effect. Please help ;(
Sounds like an issue with SFM itself, rather than anything to do with iPiMocap. Also it depends what rig you're using. I've heard that you need to use a .smd rig and not a .dmx in order to transfer data inside of ipi. Try exporting with an .smd instead and see if that works...

Since it has a skeleton, it should be enough for motion transfer. To create an animation DMX with default pose, you can add your character to your scene in Source Filmmaker and export DMX for corresponding animation node: open "Animation Set Editor Tab"; click "+" -> "Create Animation Set for New Model"; choose a model and click "Open"; export animation for your model, in ASCII DMX format; There is a checkbox named Ascii in the top area of the export dialog. When i try to export - SFM just crashes. maybe there is some way to evade it...
