Suddenly, I can no longer move things in graph editor

I've been using source film maker for a while, and I know how to use it for the most part and I've been working on a video since the beginning of the month, however, suddenly today when I go and try to go and rotate/move objects the tool itself does it's thing and moves the object sometimes but generally in the opposite direction/angle, but always instantly resets back to where it was when I let go.
In addition, on the first keyframe which I place for an object I have full proper control, but in that same sequence if I place a second keyframe this then happens.
This happened about half-way through a scene I was working on and is limiting me since I can no longer key in new animations since objects won't rotate or move. This seems to be affecting my whole timeline, but not in new projects.
I've looked in a new project and couldn't find any setting that was different from my current projects setting, not that I could really see anything anyway.
Can anyone help please?
I've reset the program, steam and my computer, so it isn't a temporary glitch.
If anyone has any ideas it would great to test them out, I'm drawing a blank.

This might help, I'm not sure though. But it would be worthwhile to zoom in and check.
That was totally it!
Thank you so much.
I'm just going to put a text version of the solution in case people come here in the future and the video is down or don't want to watch the video:
Double click on a sequence in the timeline, and drag the columns of channelTrackGroups for the entire duration of your video in which those track groups are needed. They are defaulted to about 60 seconds in length then stop being able to be edited, so you have to change their length..

you are the best person ever and future generations will love you
I just remember many times when I went searching for solutions to problems I had while learning about using hammer back in like '08 and occasionally coming across solutions in videos or pictures which have since 404'ed or the user said that he/she solved his/her problem and never gave the solution.
