Error Message: 'sfm.exe - Entry Point Not Found' everytime i start the Source Filmmaker?

Everytime i startup the SFM, i get this Error message:
---------------------------
sfm.exe - Entry Point Not Found
---------------------------
The procedure entry point ?AddProfileForThread@CVProfManager@@QAEPAVCVProfileThreadEntry@@PAVCVProfile@@I@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\appoverlay.dll.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
After i click ok, the SFM loads normally, but i still am concerned about the error message. please help
On a similar note, I get the following message now whenever I load up SFM:
"The program can't start because tier0_s.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
And after I click ok, SFM loads normally. I would brush it off as the tier.dll thing has happened before across other HL2-based programs. But the fact the program seems to load up afterwards may suggest that the issues we have are linked in some way.
Aside from reinstalling the program (which I'd rather not do as I have a bunch of custom animations/items set up in my SFM), does anyone have any ideas as to how to get around these issues?
VERY minor issues, I know :-). But a cleaner SFM is a better SFM :-)

I actually do,
Download this:
http://www.dll-files.com/tier0_s.zip?0WIgXFVJfO
put the file in to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\Game then it will stop the error you are getting.
I had the same problem yesterday till i did this!
