Is this possible in some way? When I go to the folder where a ".dem" file is present, it's "openable" with SFM. When I double-click it, it opens SFM but the file is not loaded. I'd like to know if there is a way to open and edit demo files or replays with it.

SFM is an older version of TF2. It is not possible.
How about "record name" command instead of replays?
