This is probably so easy i am looking right at it, but i've noticed when i add in the phonems and lipsync a model, the other models also move their mouths. for example, if scout and heavy were both in a scene and scout says something to heavy...heavy also says it. help me out with this issue please.
You had both of them selected when extracting phonemes.
I wouldnt use auto-lipsync if I were you. looks very unprofessional and glitches a lot.

I prefer the graph editor for body animation, but I prefer the motion editor for lip sync, the results are pretty satisfying. I guess it's all personal choice.

Why would you use the motion editor for body animation. That way you cant tweak it after you applied it. Motion editor should only be used for statics and other things that do not need to be animated much. Graph editor is where its at. But by no means suit yourself :D
I sometimes have to lipsync in motion editor from scratch since extracting phonemes usually fucks their lips up beyond repair. Maybe it's the choise of audio I am trying to animate to maybe, but in motion editor it's easier to place phoneme/viseme and smooth it out here and there to make it look more realistic. But it just takes so much time and effort :| I never tried using the graph editor for lipsync yet though! Only for the eyes, which worked better in graph editor.
