I'm making an edit of Meet the Engineer, where the Engineer sings a different song, and I want to have him lip sync the vocal track. How do I remove the pre existing lip sync?
I think it's in one of the tutorials, probably lipsync.
Select the face animation set and drag the playhead slider all the way up. This will also remove the Engineer's facial expressions, mind you.
Open up the Animation Set Editor, click the + for the engineer, click on face, go into the motion editor, highlight everything, and use the Procedural Sliders to set everything to default.
Animation Set Editor > Double Click on Engineer > Double Click on Face > Right Click on all of the items (if you do, his eyes will need to be animated again) > Click on Motion Editor > Use the Procedural Sliders and move Default all the way to the right > Press Enter
Then your done! You can now make him do whatever you want.

I did this, and now when I use Extract Phonemes to lipsync, the mouth doesn't move.

Make sure you are extracting phonemes for the right flexes and have everything working and yadda yadda.
Does the mouth move a little bit and then stop?

It just doesn't move at all. I tried redoing what I've done so far to see if I've messed up somewhere, but still, it just stays still.
EDIT: I tried making the dialouge file shorter. Now it moves a bit and stays in one spot.

Did you right click on the audio clip and use "show waveform" ?
