Hi there,
This is my very first creation using the Source Filmmaker.
I initially started using it in the first place because I wanted to give realistic character animation a try.
So I would like to know what you think of especially that :)

If you would leave an honest rating as well, that would be appreciated!
I'd hope you like it :D
Definitely some good choreography. While not the most exciting of plots it still has really good animation and lighting. Good job. Also, use the [media] tag next time.

Sorry, I'm new here. Thanks for pointing that out :)
About your reaction; thanks as well!
In the first place, I only wanted to do a test shot (the scout running over the bridge) and didn't want to make something out of it. But then I kept adding shots until it actually was a movie, so I can imagine that the plot isn't that inspiring.
Glad to hear you liked the animations though, as I really wanted to focus on that.
Welcome to Facepunch!
The animation looks good, but I'd definitely start tooling around with sketching out a more defined story in your videos, especially for this length. The animation for the spy was terrific.

I already got ideas for a better story (even before I started this one), but as I mentioned this is more of an animation test that has ran out of control and therefore literally began without a plot.
Thanks about the Spy; it's one of the last shots I did after I've kinda got the feeling of it, and actually the one I'm most proud of xD
Not bad for a first video.
That was a very nice little running gag with the Sniper.
I have to agree, the sniper bit just made the video way more entertaining.
Although I have to say...that file size...You could get like the same quality x264 with only like 40-50 MB filesize. No need to keep such a huge lossless file for Youtube.

Glad that you got that joke :P
About the filesize; I have no experience with uploading YouTube videos at all.
In film I have a certain workflow to compress my final work, but I didn't want to do that to this SFM project and when I let SFM compress it everything went wrong with the final image..
Doesn't YouTube compress your videos automatically? I would be interested to know that :)

It slightly compresses the videos upon upload.

So I suppose my video won't be that big on YouTube :P

It doesn't matter how big it is on YouTube
