I'm in need of outstanding Source Filmmakers (or Video Creators) (I will pay money!)

It's a quite simple concept I made up in my mind... the idea is to make a collaborative youtube channel where the best of their arts combine their talents together to make an outstanding experience for both the viewer as well the creators.
(This was just the very basic idea behind it)
What I'm looking for are Video Creators (particularly in this case Source Filmmakers) that not necessarily have to be the best in their industry (or whatsoever) but rather and more importantly are unique, where you can easily tell "Oh yes, only [if you want to be part of it, you can insert your name here] could have done this movie with such level of distinctiveness".

Your benefits of joining this experiment (this is how it could be called currently) would be:
1. You will meet a bunch of cool new people (I will make a steam group where we can chat together (and where we can learn of each other))
2. You can use our youtube channel to promote your own.
3. If you are someone who is not fond of writing descriptions, I could do the job for you (or we work together)
4. You will gain access to my Sound Effect Library (21k files), Music Library (125k files) and Video and Picture Library (3k files) (and you can use all this media in your videos!)
5. You will get a set weekly (or possibly monthly) payment that will depend on how much you contribute to the project. (For the very beginning I would say 2$ a week... that will steadily increase with the subscriber/views count)

Please keep in mind that as with any other experiment, this one could easily fail (because e.g. it shouldn't get the resonance I hope for) if so I may delete everything regarding to it (including this post)

But again as with any other experiment, it could be enormously successful!

Side Note: Does anyone know another forum where I could post this? Ideally a forum that is specified on Video Creators.... or artists in general?

This is better than the usuall ideas we have. A channel where lots of good SFM stuff gets posted doesn't sound so bad. Sort of "Promotion" for Videos. Sadly I can't animate yet.
