Street Scene map that works in SFM?

I'm looking for a simple street scene map that I can use in SFM. So far everything I've found is full of missing textures or simply will not load. I've attempted to decompile and recompile a few promising candidates, but so far no luck- either SFM crashes or the map is full of missing textures/objects. The vast majority of maps I'm able to find on garrysmod.org simply can't be ported to SFM for one reason or another.

Any suggestions for where I could find such an item? Aplogies if this is the incorrect forum. I did consider putting this in the "Mapping" subforum but since this question is about maps that work in SFM, I thought it would be better here.

Describe more of what you want, it sounds simple enough to make.

I truly wish I knew more about mapping, because I agree it seems simple.
