Ok, I have a little problem... I took these models from gmod, where they work perfectly There seems to be some problems with the materials in SFM, and this isn't the first time it happens with tf2 skins. They are simpy invisible! Maybe there is something wrong in the vmt files...

Pretty sure you've already asked this.
It's got to do with finding the materials. Just make sure the materials are going in the right place.
Oh and if you already aren't, put them in the usermod folder, not the tf folder.

Yeah, I asked, but nobody answered... anyways, it's already in the usermod folder, and in theory the files are where they're supposed to be!
