This was supposed to be a one month project, but that quickly turned into almost 3. Hope you enjoy.
You have very good emotion in the facial expressions, but I can't help but feel as though the lip sync is lagging behind from the audio. I'm re-watching it right now and trying to see if I can catch it, but my inital impression is that it happens from any word that ends with a vowel (aeiou), which is difficult to convey without getting this feeling if you don't want the mouth to close.
Best example so far is probably actually right in the beginning when soldier says "You wanted me, here I am". The 'am' is just far too sluggish.
EDIT: After rewatching, I can't really find a good spot. But the one thing I know for sure is that the expression is fantastic.

I just wanna start out by saying this is one of the best SFMs I've ever seen, well done man. I'm pretty sure it'll go viral or something. I hope it does.
I noticed at 1:15 when he says "You have all these rules and you think they'll save you" the lip sync lags behind slightly, but that's happened to me before because sfm always seems to get the audio out of sync. So maybe it was that, I'm not sure. But well done, honestly everything else is perfect.

For some reason I thought it was a good idea to use the same "you wanted me, here I am" animation from the previous video (either for continuity's sake, or laziness). I think after seeing it so many times I just became numb to it. Thanks for the feedback
This video basically shows that you put time into them. (ahem obvious)
on the one hand, you did a great job copying exactly pose for pose and shot for shot the real movie... on the other hand... these types of films are becoming extremely redundant.
i get the feeling spy should open his eyes a bit more at certain points for emphasis on the crazy and whatnot

i agree, open eyes can really give lots of charm to an expression at the right time.
like, maybe when he was laughing, and it would have been also cooler if his eyes moved a bit more at that time.

but you're forgetting one key thing... he is pretty much just copying exactly what he saw from the source material. none of this is his own creation, technically. The joker's eyes are actually quite closed and squinted during that laughing part: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xnOLhXmhkyA
