how can I let glow the eyes of the tf2 robots? I tried it with a normal light but I wasn't happy with it.
Pretty sure they exist as a particle system.
you can make a blue light that is very narrow and really close to the eyes and then lock it to the head.

No, they're just sprites and you can't make those with SFM.

No, they're particles. It's in mvm.pcf and it's called bot_eye_glow. You'll need to change the color yourself, though. Normally it's controlled by paint values.
