Composition is decent, the poses work (even though they're largely from the pre-existing sequences) but the lack of lighting kind of pulls everything down. Play around with using lights other than the ones included in the map to set a mood or atmosphere!

It really helps :) And yeah, i'm still new to the Source Film-Maker world, I will try making more poses of my own though.

You didn't render SSAO. Right-Click on your viewport and set every value the first 2 values to 1024 and 256.

You're getting better at the posing and composition, now you need to practice with lighting and camera settings to really make things shine. If you've got 20 minutes to spare, [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6McfZmwgBQ0]allow Zach Scott to take you on a crash course[/url] in SFM lighting.

Better but the standard HL2 Citizens are horrible. Use better models or atleast download the updated version from gmod.org.

Is this even in SFM? It doesn't look like it at all, the lighting is almost absent, it's like you're using the map's lighting.

Why does this guy get his own thread by the way?

You make it seem like he's the only person who has the option to make his own thread, everyone has the option to do so, but nobody has because there's kind of a megathread for them. [editline]2nd April 2014[/editline] I mean we could turn this section into the screenshots and movies section, you know the one under GMod; a bunch of overly edited generic action pictures that have [I]never[/I] been done before, but I don't think anyone wants that.

Why not I'd be all up for a thread for every single poster. This way people get more critism and the section should get some overall life. Why would nobody want that?

Given how inactive this section is, nobody would get any criticism.

Probably more then if everybody keeps posting in the megathread. The most you get out of there are ratings.
