This video is awesome! Nice lighting! You need to stop using automatic phoneme detection for the lipsync though. It is better if you animate it yourself. Good effort with the lighting though! It looks like a typical music video.

I have two questions; How many samples did you use for Motion Blur and Depth of Field? And how do you add the SFM logo in the end? Did you render your video and the logo seperately and then stitch them together in a video editor?

Motion blur is off, for depth of field i used 64. I rendered smf logo already and stitched them with sony vegas.
The first thing I noticed was the bad lip-sync and erratic facial animations. The build-up to the [I]sexy and I know it[/I] part; with the heavy wearing the sunglasses, could have been better. You could have zoomed in on his face for the part where he says the line. Right after that; when everyone was dancing, the pyro and the medics shoulders were messed up. I felt that the camera could have been better located at times, or maybe there should have been a new sequence. For example: 0:50 to 1:00, 1:13 to 1:30 1:37, 1:56 to 2:00, and 2:29 to 3:15. On a positive note, you're improving from your last video. I actually enjoyed this one (with all its flaws). Well done. :)

I exported heavy's animation and imported to others. Becuse of this, medic and spy looks weird :downs:

I will animate myself nextime
If I had the time I would help with lipsync, and I'd say I am pretty decent at lipsyncing for a relative beginner. I'm actually so itching to do something creative in the SFM but finding the time to do it is hard.
I've tried automatic phoneme extaction + music, it usually just thinks the music is the voices.
Maybe do some edits (fixing some of the movements and the mouths) and reupload it?
