Aces High effect in SFM?

I'm trying to do a screenshot of my new hat in SFM and I can't find the aces high effect anywhere.

It's not even in [URL="https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/List_of_TF2_Particles"]here[/URL], or is it and I'm oblivious? Please help.

I already did the whole "extract the tf2 main model file" or whatever and I have the most part of the new effects and new hats, I havn't had one not be there before.

You have to export the new content from the game's GFC files.
Go to steamapps/common/team_fortress_2/tf/

you can find misc_dir and material GFC files.
Use GFC opener and export the new materials and new particles.

The particle is called unusual_orbit_cards_teamcolor_red/blue in the latest item_fx.pcf

Just launch TF2 with -tools and open up the particle editor and look inside item_fx for particles.
