HWM vest medic?

I'm making a very "close-up"-ish video and i'm using the vest medic model as the main character
Though I can't seem to find an HWM model of the vest medic and it's hard to costumize he's face with the pre-made emotions :\
Is there an HWM model floating out there? If not, is there a way to "add" HWM into that model?
