Hello, I've been having a very annoying issue where whenever I move my mouse over my Main Window, move the camera, etc, or scroll down in a window, that window will begin to twitch about violently like it is experiencing an exorcism. I have tried verifying my game cache and removing unnecessary Addons and Garrys Mod content from SFM, but to no avail. I never used to have this issue until recently where I removed some user-mod content.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and successfully fixed it? Or know a fix?

It looks kinda like it's trying to change the aspect ratio.
