[Help] I need Gaben... I mean Gabe Newell's new model for sfm

I downloaded the model (I have no idea from where), but it seems to have many issues with mouth movement and when I make it rig body it messes up hands and everything. Here is the model's pic:

As you can see the model has some problems. Am I using the old model or is this the only one?

IDK if it's because I have an old version or what, but every time I load that model it crashes SFM, is there a newer version of it?

Don't put it in your usermod folder, instead, create a new folder for it and put it at the bottom of the loading order in gameinfo.txt.

This is the new version of the Gaben model wich is avaible at the megatheard.
Its a poor HWM model wich was the first i made. nowdays i use DMXedit because Narry told me how to use it.
The IK rigging problem is simple just apply it before you pose it. ( Not sure it is working or not)
