That should remind us all how much awesomeness is possible with Source Filmmaker if one really goes for it and so that we just shut the hell up and go work on our stuff seventy seven times harder.
Love the Seven Nation army sampling/remix
Absolutely stunning. Can not wait to see the full version! and yeah, Seven Nation Army remix you got going on there fits so well.
Well that's freakin' awesome! Great motivation to make my videos good as possible, too.

Lol Palm. You saved this trailer with your long winded rendering technique support
looks extremely exciting. i have watched it several times now haha.
Jeez. My name is James McVinnie, filmmaker of filmmakers: Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!
HERE THEY COME, CLICKITY CLACK DOWN THE TRACK! IT'S LOTS AND LOTS OF TRAINS!
Lol Palm. You saved this trailer with your long winded rendering technique support
LOL long winded! One by one I will convert people to the dark side, the .pfm side...
This is great stuff.
Seriously, this just makes me feel so tiny, like I'm on the ground looking up at the stars. I've been working on a big project myself, and now seeing something as professional as yours, with animations that good... I mean, my work started in like, May or June, and yours in January, but still.. What's a guy to do?

God Damn IT VEE! I just changed these pants! Also Markiplier....
Keep going? You shouldn't be comparing yourself to others. Do a video that's you.
Well, that's what I'm trying to do, and I'm not giving up :)
It's an interesting thing about seeing work that's better than your own, it can make you feel de-motivated and re-motivated at the same time. Personally I think it's good to feel humbled every once in a while as long as you're able to turn that around and use it as motivation.

The trailer was so awesome it made me feel like shit >_<
What's this about? Like, what's the story to it?
That's exactly how I felt when I saw this. The trailer was so awesome it made me feel like shit >_<
Well, remember McVee has got a solid 10 years of experience behind him, including a few at BioWare. Then it becomes inspirational instead :D (also if that might make you feel better 15 people worked on this total)
That's exactly how I felt when I saw this. The trailer was so awesome it made me feel like shit >_<
Go look at the oldest stuff on my channel and see how far I've come. If you put your mind to it and keep at it. Then the only way is up. And you learn new things every day.

When the time's on my hands, I'm going to learn everything. Every little thing there is! From modeling and animating to editing and filmmaking. I'll practice very carefully step-by-step and then one day... One goddamn day, I WILL become just like you, Zach, Murraythis and every other filmmaker who's better than me. I will stand on your level soon... Mark my words, fellas... Mark my words!
Amazing work. Actively looking forward to the final release along with the legions of others :-D
