Hello everybody.
I am making some items more posable for SFM and currently i'm working on the dead ringer.
Since there's no way of controlling the clock thingy when it's a texture, i made a little mechanism that will basically clip mesh with the "empty" texture through the full one. All made with bones that move alone a single axis.

BUT. when i compile the model with this animation, those bones don't move or move too late, the other things move correctly though. And when i import the dmx as an animation into SFM, it's not correct either.
Does anyone here know a way around this annoying issue i have?

Hm. But do the parts move in the SFM (like is all the rigging in place)
Also, a gif of how it's happening in the SFM would be nice to see the issues.
