Probably After Effects, optical flares.
all animation with the girl is not that well done... it's a really amazing job otherwise, just think some more time needed to be spent with animating her.
Also i am not sure i'm following the continuity of the events of the film...
Improve the animations, and it will be perfect!
(p.s: the effects looks very cool! keep going with the great work)
