Anybody joining my server cant get past the sending client info screen

I moved most of my addons from downloading from the workshop to fastdl as my hosting service makes this really easy. I also set the map to gm_construct while i make sure everything works(note this is dark RP). But now when i try to join the server i cant get past the sending client info screen but i can hear all the sounds you would normally hear when you load in. I'm not sure whats going on but if somebody has any idea as to what is going on i would greatly appreciative it.
