Each minute you play earns you 1 RO.
Type /ro to see how many you have to spend.
While looking at a tool cupboard type /ro <amount> to spend your RO.
While you are offline, each RO added to the tool cupboard will give blocks in its radius an extra amount of HP based on the amount of RO in the cupboard.
RO to HP ratio by default is 1:10 but can be changed by config. When offline, players must damage all HP stored in tool cupboard before the block they're trying to attack actually takes damage.
The RO in tool cupboard scales fairly so that it is the same for a solo player or a large group.
