The basic idea.
Blueprints decay over a period of 2 weeks unless reinforced by learning them again. Means blueprints still valuable late game and if you stop playing for a while it means you start again. This fits the "wtf is going on how did I get here oh shit a bear" nature of current rust lore/backstory.
Note: I like scrap and the learning of blueprints system but still unlike the gambling nature of current system, would prefer a tech tree system with the memory decay mentioned above.
